SUMMARY

Abby and Carol Beaumont have both learned that frilly white weddings can have dark sides too.  Their parents own a hall where they hold weddings and receptions, and they have seen their fair share of Bridezillas.

Abby is 15-years-old and just wants a normal Summer vacation with her older sister, Carol.  She doesn’t get her wish because Carol comes home from college for the Summer ENGAGED!  Suddenly, everything is falling apart and Abby does not know where to turn.

Carol becomes a Bridezilla.  Abby’s parents are fighting over every tiny wedding detail.  Carol’s fiancé just may be cheating on her.  Abby is offered a soccer scholarship to Italy, AND Abby has a new boyfriend, Noah. 

It all works out, but don’t expect me to share the details here.  You’ll just have to read the book to see how Abby solves this wedding nightmare.

REVIEW

I absolutely LOVED this book!  It had so many of my favorite elements – a girlie plot, fun characters, a unique situation, and some romance too.  What more could a book-lover ask for?

I liked reading about the process of planning a wedding.  I know that I don’t want to turn into a Bridezilla when my wedding comes around.  I want to keep a cool head!
