Busy Week

It’s been a VERY busy week. 

 First, we had statewide TAKS testing for two days at school.  Day one was math and day two was reading.  I finished my tests early both days, so I had HOURS to read.  I think I read for eight hours over those two days.

Second, we had an adaptations science presentation today.  There were taxidermy versions of a bunch of animals for us to study.  My favorite was the squirrel.

Third, my little brother fell during PE this afternoon and chipped his two front teeth.  We had to rush him to the dentist and I missed my AR (accelerated reader) party that I worked so hard to earn.  My mom feels bad about that.
