Guest Post - Jennifer L. Armentrout - Half Blood

GUEST POST

JENNIFER L. ARMENTROUT

HALF BLOOD

I am celebrating Half Blood today with a visit from Jennifer L. Armentrout.  I gave Jennifer this assignment – Write an author bio, as funny, random, or serious as you want.  I also gave her a 250 word limit.  Ready – Set – GO!

Jennifer L. Armentrout, who shouldn’t be confused with Jennifer Armintrout, grew up in West ‘by God’ Virginia, writing embarrassingly bad poems on her walls in permanent markers. When she grew out of that stage, she started writing on paper, and from there, her love of telling stories grew. Spending most of her high school years, writing stories in class, it’s amazing that she graduated and actually went to college. She rediscovered her passion for writing after reading a really bad book. When not making up stories for money, she can be found working out, reading, planning for the zombie apocalypse, educating people that the movie Wrong Turn is not a documentary based on West Virginia and petting her dog’s head. Oh, and she’s married. With no kids. Only pets. Boo-yah.

Thank you to The Teen {Book} Scene and Jennifer for arranging this guest post.
