I’m up for the challenge – are you?

I never really gave much thought to debut authors before I started blogging.  I choose my books at the library and book store based on what I had heard about them, what the book jacket said, and what the cover looked like.  Yes, I admit, covers matter to me.

Anyhow, now that I read book review blogs and belong to goodreads, I am finding out about so many books that I NEVER would have known about before.  I can’t tell you how many fantastic books I would have missed out on if I hadn’t been part of the book blog community.  And a lot of those were written by debut authors. 

Everyone has to start somewhere, right?
