Welcome to the Pink Locker Society.  Membership is a high honor, but Jemma and her two best friends can’t tell anyone about their secret office, the work they do, or how they always manage to skip study hall.  Behind the inked doors, the trio of teens (plus Bet, the new girl) have been asked to take on a mysterious mission at Margaret Simon Middle School.  They’re supposed to help other girls about anything, especially the PBBs.  Can Jemma, Piper, Kate, and Bet think fast and think pink?

REVIEW

The Pink Locker Society is a group of middle school girls who answer their classmate’s questions about things like secret crushes, body changes, and growing up.  This is definitely a book for GIRLS and not for boys.

The girls in The Pink Locker Society are all nice and they give out great advice.  I learned a few things just by reading their answers.  I also visited The Pink Locker Society website, where there is a blog, a place to ask your own questions, and more info on the girls.  I liked Kate because she was so laid back.

Aside from all the advice, there is a story going on too.  It’s a little slow-moving, but I enjoyed the ending.  The second book, Best Kept Secret, comes out in January 2011.  Thank you to Debra Moffitt for sending this book for me to review.
