A couple days ago I made the recipe that the entire Internet is raving about, and it was actually quite delicious. Here you go, in case you’ve been under a rock lately:

Kale is supposedly one of THE most nutritious green things you can eat, but it doesn’t exactly taste very good raw. In fact, it tastes shockingly disgusting raw. I tried a little piece before I cooked my chips, and I made my mind up right then and there that I was probably going to hate said chips if they tasted a smidgen like the raw thing.
But surprisingly, the baked kale was scrumptious. My mouth is watering right now just thinking about them.
So, yeah. Try ‘em, if you haven’t.
