HALF-WAY POINT UPDATE
What did I get myself into?
Back at the beginning of June, Savannah from Books With Bite challenged me to a summer reading duel. We wanted to see who could read more books during June and July. Being sneaky and all, we named it Vacation Bites to play off our blog names.
Did I mention that Savannah may, in fact, be the only blogger I know who reads faster than I do? She is unstoppable! I’ve tried to steer her off course by suggesting she go to the mall or bake cookies. I send her tweets saying that she really should give her eyes a rest now and then. Unfortunately, Savannah is far too wise to fall for my traps.
We are tied at 42 books each read in June. Wow! If you get a chance, send Savy a tweet to suggest she organize her closets or maybe take a long weekend vacation in July. Vacation Bites!
